The Sun Hydraulics WCW (Material Number: WCW) is a robust line mount manifold designed for high flow hydraulic applications. This model features a 1.50 SAE C61 interface and is crafted from 6061T651 aluminum, known for its strong corrosion resistance and cost-effectiveness. The manifold's body supports direct mounting, which simplifies installation and enhances system integration. It includes open cavities compatible with the T18A cavity type and accommodates port sizes of 1-1/2 Code 61, ensuring versatility in various hydraulic systems. Despite the advantages of anodizing, Sun Hydraulics opts not to anodize their aluminum manifolds to avoid issues such as increased breakaway torque and reduced fatigue life, which can occur due to the brittle surface created by anodizing. The WCW manifold is engineered to withstand pressures up to 3000 psi (210 bar), making it suitable for demanding environments where reliability and durability are critical. Its construction allows it to effectively manage high flow rates while maintaining structural integrity under pressure, ensuring efficient performance in hydraulic circuits.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
