The Sun Hydraulics WFM (Material Number: WFM) is a line mount manifold designed for hydraulic systems requiring a ninety-degree configuration. It features a robust construction with two mounting holes, each with a diameter of 0.34 inches (8.6 mm), and is capable of through-hole mounting to ensure secure attachment. The manifold includes one open cavity compatible with the T-8A cavity type, and it supports a port size of 3/8 NPTF, making it suitable for various hydraulic applications. This manifold does not have an anodized finish, which is a deliberate choice to maintain the material's natural corrosion resistance and avoid potential issues related to fatigue life and increased breakaway torque. Constructed from 6061-T651 aluminum, the WFM manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance and strength, although it is not rated for pressures exceeding 3000 psi (210 bar). This makes it ideal for systems operating within these pressure limits while providing reliable performance in demanding environments.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
