The Sun Hydraulics YKM (Material Number: YKM) is a robust line mount manifold designed for high-flow hydraulic applications. Featuring a cross pilot with shuttle body type, it is crafted to accommodate two open cavities and utilizes the T17A cavity specification. The manifold boasts an SAE 16 port size, ensuring compatibility with a variety of hydraulic systems. Constructed from 6061T651 aluminum, this manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance without the need for anodizing, which can negatively impact fatigue life and increase costs. It has a mounting hole diameter of 0.42 inches (10.7 mm) and is drilled through to facilitate secure attachment using two mounting holes. This durable component is engineered to withstand system pressures up to 3000 psi (210 bar), making it suitable for demanding environments where reliability and performance are critical.
