The Sun Hydraulics XECAXXN (Material Number: XECAXXN) is a cavity plug designed to block all ports in hydraulic systems. This component is particularly suited for use in corrosive environments due to its construction from high-strength lean duplex stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance. The internal parts are made from carbon steel leaded alloy, consistent with standard plug specifications. The XECAXXN model features a 3-port configuration and fits into a T-11A cavity series with a valve hex size of 7/8 inches (22.2 mm). Installation requires a torque of 30 to 35 lbf ft (41 to 47 Nm), ensuring secure placement within the hydraulic system. For sealing, it utilizes Viton material, with the recommended seal kit being part number 990011006. This plug is an ideal solution for applications requiring robust performance in challenging environments where exposure to corrosive elements is a concern.
